The Utopiates are an indie rock band from London, United Kingdom. Their sound has been scribed as "a unique brand of groove-laden powerhouse indie".

Formed under the dark clouds of the Covid-19 pandemic, their January 2021 début single was 'Only Human'. It was followed by more singles, a June 2021 EP (Anywhere but Here) and a full-length album entitled, The Sun Also Rises in May 2023.
