There are two bands named Life Form: 1) Life Form were a UK electronic duo consisting of Darius Keeler & Danny Griffiths, they were also known as Awareness in the early to mid 1990s. More recently, they teamed up with vocalist Craig Walker to form trip-hop outfit Archive.
