There are at least three bands with the name Kindle.

1) Kindle is a dark futuristic Electro/Rock Artist. His electronic wall of sound is an epic backbeat to the raw edge of his lead guitar. As a self-produced wiz kid with a bold lone-wolf performance, he has gained the attention of many artists and DJs. Kindle has written/performed/produced for bands such as Client, Modele, The Coolness and Hotel Motel.

His recent side project CC/K has opened the door to Remixes and DJ opportunities, gaining the attention of Popular Indie bands such as Robots In Disguise (UK) and Miss Derringer (U.S.). Remixes have been for the singles The Sex Has Made Me Stupid (RID), Black Tears (Miss D), It’s Not Over (Client), Girl Like You (Modele) and Semen / Kids On K (The Coolness).

Under Clients’ Indie label Loser Friendly Records, Kindle has a debut album out now on various online stores such as itunes, amazon and tune tribe all over the world.

Now performing all over London and with plans to hit more of Europe, Kindle will soon be releasing his follow-up record to his self-titled debut. There is also new development for a debut music video. Watch this space... More info can be found at http://www.myspace.com/k4kindle

2) A german screamo-harcore band.

3) Leslie Poole and Kim McMickle are Kindle, a duo from Atlanta who recently teamed up with a group of Nashville music vets to record "Right Direction," an album of upbeat and melodic songs bridging the gap bertween pop-rock and country. The musicians who contributed to the CD have played with The Dixie Chicks, Reba McIntyre, Travis Tritt, Trisha Yearwood, Big Al Anderson and others.

No stranger to success, Kindle has played to standing-room-only crowds at various venues around their Atlanta hometown, including Eddie's Attic.

Two of Kindle's songs were voted as finalists among 1,400 entries in the Georgia Music Industry Association's songwriting competition.

Kindle are also a little known UK CCM rock band, who are mostly known for their 2002 album 'Screaming Serenades' which fuses driving alternative rock music (influenced by the likes of Muse and Radiohead) and honest lyrics about faith and personal experience, and through supporting UK Contemporary Christian brit-pop band Kato on their 'Welcome to my World' tour that same year.
