Geez Louise are the son and daughters of the sea goddess Tethys, wife of Oceanus. Tethys gave birth to over 3000 sons & daughters including our sister Thetis. (hey girl!) Worshipped by the Minoans (rumored to be the populace of the lost city of Atlantis, now modern Crete) Geez Louise came to America to try and break away from all that idol worship and become a famous rock band...who will be idolized...damnit.

Geez Louise's lyrics are a mixture of profound depression, old folk sayings, and dark humor laid against quirky and upbeat folk rock. The lead vocals are sung by Harrison freeman, who also plays rhythm guitar and writes the lyrics. In addition to backup vocals, Chelsea Moller plays the keyboard and Shannon Cali rocks the tambourine and other "shakey things."
