Strangulate is a Death Metal band from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Band founded in May 2012 and initiated as a Grindcore project, Strangulate has changed its sound to Death Metal after line up changes. Influenced by the mighty likes of Cannibal Corpse, Nile and Suffocation to name a few, Strangulate aims to maintain a straight forward approach to Death Metal.
They released first Full-length in 2016 'Catacombs of Decay'. This album released under Stillbirth label that called 'Transcending Obscurity Distribution'.
