Rodrigo Leal (Real Name: Rodrigo Amaral Fernandes) was born 12 October 1975. He is a Brazilian singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, arranger and artistic director. Son of Roberto Leal. He played in bands called Hot Stuff and Junk.

Born in São Paulo , Brazil , completing 33 years of musical career, Rodrigo Leal has his name inseparable from the group Hot Stuff, from the band Muita Lôco and the band Junk in Brazil and currently with NOIDZ. He produced numerous projects in Brazil and Portugal , created and produced several generics and soap opera themes for all channels in Portugal , and is now artistic director of TVI in Portugal. In advertising, pieces for customers like McDonalds , Coca-Cola , Sprite ,Sony , Nestle , Toyota , Visa , etc.

Rock in Rio goal
In 2004 Rodrigo Leal organized, together with the Som Livre and Rock In Rio Lisbon team, one of the biggest competitions for new bands held in Portugal , the “ Escalada Do Rock ”. He was responsible for selecting 10 bands from over 800 models received. The finalists participated in a special program on the private television network SIC where the winner was chosen - the band Civic - which as a prize played on the main stage of the festival on the day headlined by the Americans Metallica , and also saw their debut CD and DVD released by Som Livre publishers .
