Shed For You formed in 2002 in Tarpon Springs, FL it was the brain child (senior project) of vocalist Brett Wimberly. The original line-up was Mr. Wimberely accompanied by Roger Lafranchi. The details escape me, but soon after this Chris Denny joined the band on guitar, I think because of his unbelievable ability to shred.

Some shows were played, at a show that I want to say was at Clearwater Central Catholic, a young bright-eyed southpaw drummer named Patrick New approached the band about playing bass (having never played bass in his life) , the band said yes, and thus the line-up was completed.

The band recorded it's first full length Exhibit B with Peter Pepper of the world famous Retard-O-Bot at RTH Studios in 2003. Shows were played.

In 2004 the band recorded their second full length Exhibit C at RTH Studios. It was mixed and remastered @ the Red Room with Sean "The Cannon" Shannon. They embarked on a short tour with Silence After Tragedy in 2004.

In Winter 2004/2005 the band toured up the east coast of the United States on the unreleased Exhibit C.

They toured again up the east coast in the Summer of 2005 with Me and Him Call It Us, playing several shows with Mass Movement Of The Moth. Somewhere in 2004/2005 the band released a 10-track demo version of what would eventually become the Exhibit D 7".

In 2005 the band released the Exhibit E cassettes via a cooperation of Sherwood Records & XFriends of DinosaursX, mini-cds of this were also released. March 2006 saw the release of the Exhibit D 7" on Sherwood Records, this contained re-recorded versions of 4 of the songs on the 10-track cd released the year before.

The band toured briefly during the Spring of 2006 and one final time in the Summer of 2006. During the last tour they played a set at the Central Connecticut State University campus radio station, the tracks from this session were later released on the Discography.

The band played two final shows, the first coming December 16, 2007 at the Skatepark of Tampa in Tampa, FL and once more, as they made a deal with long time friends Now Soldiers that they would each play each others last shows, in June of 2008 at the now defunct 688 Skatepark in Clearwater, FL.

That's the more accurate story, if I had the time I'd write a better one, but I don't.
