Albert "Bertie" Ruiz, better known online as tuv, is an American YouTuber and hyperpop artist. He was born on the 18th of March, 2002, from Mexican and Guatemalan parents.

He is best known for his documentary style videos on morbid/dark topics, which he uploads on his YouTube channel. His channel started gaining massive popularity when he released a video titled "Smoking That EDP445 Pack Where He Got Caught" on April 28th, 2021. His channel currently (28th March, 2025) sits at 2.3 million subscribers, and his second channel sits at 194,000 subs.

He started releasing music in 2020, and his debut album Ear Candy was released on January 26, 2023. Since then, he has released two more albums - stop loving me! in August 2023 and DREAMCATCHER in July 2024.
