Born in Athens into a musical family,Themis started his musical journey at the age of 5 on a tiny drum set.He studied piano briefly with his aunt,before picking up the guitar tutored by his father.His secret wish,the violin was born after listening to a live recording of "Shakti"(John Mclaughlin and L.Shankar),and was fullfilled a few years later in his teens.After two years of classical training,scratches turned into music with the help of violinist and educator Jeki Sulkuki.Soon afterwards improvisation with its teqnique and interpretation became the main focus.The lifelong effort of growing as a musician led to countless gigs, studies with Vasilis Rakopoulos and Antonis Ladopoulos,dedicated practise
