mongofünf is from cologne in germany.

In August 2005 mongofünf released their debut-album "Das letzte Bisschen Heilanstalt" (something like "the last whit of sanatorium"). Their label "Tiefdruck-Musik" lately arrested attention by signing "tape" in November 2006.

The band members call themselves Herr Sattler (singer), Herr Schlotterbeck (guitar), Herr Schwartz (drums), Herr Toshek (guitars) and Herr Tutt (Baseguitar). Few Photos of them are available. Check www.myspace.com/mongofuenf for some quite inconvienient ones.

Regarding their musical style, again: Inconvinient. The sound of their album is definitely outstanding! The german Lyrics are tangling in an extremly pleasant way. Herr Sattler often refers to David Lynch or Haruki Murakami when talking about his singing.
