Experimental electronic group formed in 1996 by Viktor "Mutant" Shevtsov, former Дельфин's band guitarist and sound-producer. Name is formed from the 8-bit sample "The Talking Bird".

In 2004-2005, Viktor and Zaur Besayev wrote the soundtrack for Piter FM (Питер FM) movie, but only its small bits used in this movie.

The members are:
- MUTANT (real name Viktor Shevtsov) - ex-leader of Дельфин band (Dolphin in english)
- KESTER (real name Ivan Lebedev) - bassist, ex-leader Alien Pat. Holman and Дубовый Гаайъ (Andrey Lysikov's side-project)
- BITL (real name Alexander Lugovkin) - guitarist, ex-leader Hearts, Guys & Guitars
- Plastik Manki - drums, also member of R2D2, Огненная Собака
- BRAIN (real name Dmitri Vorobiev) - IT
