The Ann Arbor-based indie folk band Racing Mount Pleasant began in 2021 under the name Kingfisher, formed by students from University of Michigan and continues to this day. Their debut album Grip Your Fist, I'm Heaven Bound was released in 2022, and their most recent album, the self-titled Racing Mount Pleasant was released in August 2025. Read more on Last.fm.
