Vangelis Katsoulis (Βαγγέλης Κατσούλης) is a Greek composer and co-founder of record label Utopia born in Athens in 1949. He is credited on a number of releases from the 1980's to the 2000's as a recorder and engineer, Instrumentally, he's mostly known for playing synthesizers and piano. The genres he's most involved in are New Age, Post-Minimalism, Sequencer & Tracker and ECM Style Jazz. Katsoulis still makes music to this day and he is an essential figure for any avid enjoyer of underground Ambient and New Age music. Read more on Last.fm.
