Dave de Vries (D-Xtreme) was born in 1984 in Haarlem and when he was around twelve years old he discovered his love for the harder dance styles. A couple of years later he got a mixer from a friend and he started to mix up some records and a new hobby was born.

After playing in his bedroom he played at local youth centrum and this was a success. Around 2003 he discovered the music programs available for producing music on the computer,and at the end of 2004 the first releases on Megarave records and D.N.A.records came out. Now he is also producing for Furious Monkey records,Battle Audio records and Fixparty records.
