Carl Eaton is among a new generation of singer-songwriters set to break the mould of the UK music scene. A prolific songwriter with an enchanting voice and heartfelt songs, Carl's approach is refreshing and contemporary.

Beginning his musical career at an early age playing the drums he soon turned his attention to writing lyrics. He then took a major interest in the guitar, also becoming proficient on synthesizers and bass guitar. Able to write and perform the guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, harmonica and percussion himself, Carl has an astounding collection of over 100 songs. His albums and EPs have received rave reviews, while comparisons to Elvis Costello, Neil Finn and Glenn Tilbrook build in momentum.

Carl's live performance has also helped to build his fan base ,playing regularly in and around his native Teesside and frequently in London whilst supporting the likes of Tom Hingley (Inspiral Carpets) and James Grant (Love And Money). Carl has also played successful spots at the Middlesbrough Music Live Festival and the Stockton Riverside Festival on numerous occasions.

Appearing regularly on local television and radio, Carl has now received much radio play and interviews up and down the country, and has even had his songs played in countries such as America, Australia and across Europe.

In 2011 Carl signed to indie label E-tone Records and now remains one of the UK’s rising talents. He is currently recording a brand new EP and regular live performances continue to amaze old and new fans alike.
