aleksiah (March 30th, 2000) is the stage name of singer-songwriter Alexia Damokas, from Adelaide, Australia

aleksiah started singing in her Catholic church's choir at the age of 12.

As of February 2025, aleksiah has released seven singles and one EP, as well as a variety of tracks to her SoundCloud account, originally under the name “aleksiugh”, where she still uploads demos and original songs to her page.

She has stated that some of her biggest influences are Cathy Dennis, Max Martin, Taylor Swift, Joni Mitchell, Sarah Aarons.

aleksiah majorly features her music on her TikTok account (@aleksiah) and eventually released her debut single Fern on November 28, 2022 which received a lot of buzz.

Following this, aleksiah released the song Ant Song on June 28, 2023, and Pretty Picture on November 28, 2023.

aleksiah joined American Folk artist, Cavetown as the opening artist on his Australian tour in February 2024.

Along with this, the singer joined Teenage Dads as their supporting act along with Phoebe Go on their MajorDomo AUS/NZ Tour in August/September 2024.

In February 2024, she would release the single 24, before being followed up with the final single from her EP of the same name titled Who Are You When You’re Not Performing?.

Along with this, aleksiah announced her 18+ Australian headline tour who are you when you are not performing? *with special guests on the 19th of February, 2024, a tour that kicked off Winter 2024. This tour featured lex performing small gigs in parks at each city for the under 18s.

aleksiah announced her recent Australian headline tour You’re Never Getting Rid of Me with special guest Ixaras on the 19th of August 2024, aimed to go more regional areas of the country. The tour will start in Victoria on the 17th of November 2024 and end in Queensland on the 1st of December 2024. Read more on Last.fm.
