A popular rock band from the San Francisco Bay Area in the mid-80's, Robin & The Rocks featured the formidable vocal talents of Robin Pearl. Their muscular brand of New Wave influenced power pop was spiked with Ned Selfe's searing pedal steel guitar. The band was nominated for a BAMMIE award for it's debut album, "Unknown Lover", which was produced by Bonnie Hayes and featured cameo appearances by Chris Hayes (Huey Lewis) and Kevin Hayes (Robert Cray Band).
