Mother Pearl from Mölnlycke, Sweden formed in 2001, and consist of Oscar Olandersson, Birger Wikström, Daniel Sjöstrand and Gustaf Hedström. The last-named replaced Kristoffer Bohlin on the drums in 2007. The music is inspired by funk and hardrock and by the band described as funkrock or funkhardrock.
