Doug Peters was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He has written and published 5 books of poetry, and recently teamed up with Scott Bell to co-produce their first CD, entitled There's No Limit, (Transcendental Reflection).

Scott, fluent in many instruments, has recorded many solo albums as both an artist and audio engineer. He adds his special talents with Doug's written and spoken word to create something quite different as Peters And Bell, (under their independent label... Transcendental Productions).
