Monte is a four-piece rock band from Sydney, combining massive walls of sound and driving rhythms with melodic sensibilities.

Four piece Kiwi turned Sydney-siders MONTE release ‘Who We Are’, an explosive debut album which demonstrates a new brand of alternative rock music yet to be heard by Australian audiences. Recorded in the wilderness that is The Grove Studios on the Central Coast and produced by Samuel K (Gatherer, Shihad, Bodyjar), ‘Who We Are’ delivers massive walls of sound paired with driving rhythm, dynamic layers of guitar and gripping vocal melodies.

Having played most of the country during their short career, MONTE will be embarking on a ‘Who We Are’ release tour to see out the year, bringing their powerful and captivating live show to audiences across Australia.
