80's Babies may be:

1) A rap group from Detroit, Michigan signed to Nuttin To Lose.

They released their mixtape titled "Blok Boz" which featured fellow Detroit rappers such as Big Herk, Obie Trice, Rock Bottom & Tone Tone. The mixtape was also hosted by Rock Bottom's DJ G-Raw.

2) There is also an 80's Babies from Chicago. The duo is Tall Black Guy is on the beats and Dee Jackson handles the rhymes. Their debut album "Sonic Music" is available on their bandcamp page.
