Rasie Michael Bailey (born February 14, 1939) is an American country music artist, known professionally as Razzy Bailey and Razzy.

Razzy’s career spans 13 #1 singles, 32 Top 10 singles and recognition as Billboard’s “Artist of the Year.” He is also the only artist to ever have both sides of a 45 climb to the top of the Billboard charts 3 times in a row a feat neither Elvis nor The Beatles could match!
