BBThree was founded in 2005 by Dutchman Johan de Haan who, in Maastricht and far beyond has build a reputation as a versatile singer / keyboardist.. With Steffen Thormaehlen and Jo Didderen as smoothly swinging rhythm tandem, this trio started with their own versions of classics such as I've Got A Woman and Is'nt She Lovely. Not long after, the band expanded to a quartet by adding percussionist Gino Bombrini. As a songwriter, De Haan's lyrics are both poetic and humorous, while BBthree's sound is everything between Inescapable funky grooves and melancholic popbalads
