Steven “Soulman” Snipes is a multi-talented writer, producer, and song writer that hails from Memphis, TN. Snipes is a trailblazer on the Memphis music scene and is most notably known for expanding the definition and sound of Memphis Hip hop with what he has aptly titled, “hip hop soul”.
