Carole Petitdemange (1st violin), Olivia Hughes (2nd violin), Caoline Donin (viola), Joëlle Martinez (cello) met a string quartet class at the Paris Conservatoire national supérieur de Musicque. Since 2004 they have received many invitations to festivals and have received prizes in competitions, including the Shostakovich International String Quartet Contest in Moscow, the Bordeax International String Quartet Contest.
