Lucio Corsi is a thirty-year-old Tuscan singer-songwriter from Val di Campo di Vetulonia. In 2012, after various experiences as a guitarist with local bands, he moved to Milan. In 2015, he released his first two EPs, Vetulonia Dakar and Altalena Boy (produced by Federico Dragogna).
In 2017, he followed up with his first album, Bestiario Musicale, a concept album about the animals of his homeland, the Maremma, also released by Picicca Dischi. In 2020, he released his second studio album, Cosa faremo da grandi?, produced by Lucio along with Francesco Bianconi and Antonio Cupertino, and accompanied by the visionary works of director Tommaso Ottomano.
Still collaborating with Ottomano, in 2023, he released his third album, La Gente Che Sogna. In this album, he focuses on the sounds of 1970s glam rock, his great passion, while the lyrics explore themes such as darkness, sleep and dreams, reality, and imagination. La Gente Che Sogna received public and critical acclaim, leading him to perform at the Premio Tenco as one of the most promising young artists in the competition.
In May 2023, he embarked on a long concert tour, including opening for The Who at Firenze Rocks. He returned on November 12, 2024, with his new single Tu sei il mattino and plays a key role in Vita da Carlo – Terza Stagione, the television series starring Carlo Verdone, available exclusively on Paramount+.
