Former WANDS member Uesugi (上杉昇) and Shibasaki (柴崎浩) after leaving band, formed this unit-band in 1997, in Japan.
On March 1998, unit made debut single 「TOY$!」. After that they released 2 more Singles, one 「晴れた終わり(Hareta owari)」 released the same year on 11th November, and another one single 「カナリア(Canary)」 released 1999 on 21st January. Later, the same year on 3rd March unit released their 1st full Album named 「セイレン(Sirens)」.
