BIO - Baardsen & Trond Baardsen (Trond Helge Bårdsen) was born in Stavanger in 1975 and has lived in Oslo since 1994. He has, like so many other musicians in Oslo, played in most of the rockpubs the city has to offer. Trond has a number of band projects and releases behind him. Since 2004 he has released tracks and albums next to his career as a music teacher at a secondary school in Oslo, both as a musician in other projects and as a soloartist. In 2007, he released his debut album - "In the spot". The record has an acoustic and contryinspired album, with touches of Tin Pan Alley ballads, but also with influences of grunsj and indie rock. In 2009 Baardsen began writing songs in Norwegian and released his first singel "Trøsten" (Trond Baardsen). In 2012 he had 3 musician-buddies from the recently dissolved indie-rock band "Kongurei" and a hyper musically, former music student drummer. The 17. th of May 2013 Trond met Andreas Vilthagen, previously the singer in the band Lukas Kasha at a party. Together with engineer and co-pilot Sven Andréen they started recording Baardsen´s first Norwegian-language album, 'Baardsen'. The album has been recorded in a number of studios in Oslo, and will be released early 2015. Baardsen has during 2014 released two singles from the album. This is "Pur Magi" and "Vakuum".
