"Born and raised in Latvia, Liva started to write songs at the age of 11 because she thought it could be fun. When she was 13, she started to post her songs on TikTok under the name BuzzCakes and eventually got one song to go viral - Disappear.

With the support of her family she officially released her first single "Disappear" on July 16th 2022, knowing close to nothing about music production. The same year she made and released two albums "Heartstrings" and "Wireless diary", and another single "Why?".
And even though Liva has never been in a relationship, that never stopped her from writing songs about falling out of love or other difficult emotions that come with relationships.

Falling in love with song writing and music production, Liva kept writing and figuring out how to make songs all on her own. From time to time she released an EP or a single for a few years and then finally released her third album in the summer of 2025. This album is the finishing puzzle piece connecting the 3 EP trilogy - "Please" "don't tell me" "if this is the end" - which talks about never really trusting anyone and feeling like a castaway, until eventually in "Trustfall", as the name suggests, start to trust someone.

Now that she got into her dream High school learning Jazz piano, there's a lot of projects she is excited to make and a lot of songs yet to be heard by anyone.

And who knows, maybe someday you'll even see me on tour with my songs :)"
