Bells Rapids was formed in 2016 by Tanaya Harper and Talya Valenti.
They jammed in Talya's garage for a few months, before moving to Dream Studio in Leederville when Sara McPherson joined the team, and then finally felt whole when Stella Donnelly joined a few months later.
