If the Gypsy Sound System evolves constantly in their musical productions, they owe it to all the world musician friends they have met and connected with during the years.
For “The End of the World”, they generously offer us their new double album "The Magic Winery" (27 pieces!), composed by Haris Pilton, Dj and producer of Ljubljana, and Magic Winery Orkestra.
Their "musical grapes" are harvested from India to Spain, macerated, amongst others, in the dub, the hip-hop, the cumbia, the swing and the electro music-cabaret. They were converted into wine with delicacy and great care to allow you to savour today the 27 elixirs of the double album "The Magic Winery".

History: Haris Pilton and Gypsysoundsystem first met in Ljubljana in 2008. After an evening of fire onstage, they have kept in touch and played together several times in Europe. In 2011, the musical collaboration enriches the friendship of these three stage pyromaniacs. The first piece, "Gypsy lioness", whets their appetite. The idea of making an album together becomes evident from now on. Ideas rush into the studio and the double album is born.

Haris Pilton, Gypsy Sound System and Magic Winery Orkestra transformed their «musical grape harvests to create the fine musical wine of their album “Magic Winery" a subtle mixture of traditional sounds put into contemporary barrels and filtered by their respective cultural backgrounds.

The influences are many and marry in the course of the compositions with a thread: the desire to produce an innovative fusion. Fire and consciousness are the foundations of this magic cave from which sound essences started to emerge. This double album is the fruit of a year of sharing between Ljubljana and Geneva. It is also the result of seven years spent on the roads of the world, driven by the passion of the music in all its diversity. In June, when the Magic winery was built, a guitar made its way in, followed by a clarinet and a violin. Hearing these musical lines, a buzuki couldn’t resist joining the dance. Attracted by this musical aperitif, a saxophone and then a trumpet had to join the ball. Barrels were filled with the many colors of the world. In this cellar, we speak all languages: Jazz, Swing, cumbia, hip-hop, ragga, electro, jungle, dub, rock, trip hup, waltzs, tarantelle, … Welcome to "Magic Winery".

Part 1: " 12 glasses " This first part is a breath of conscience. Deep sounds tinged with singing. Rhythmic dubs travel from Europe to the Middle East; they touch each and everyone and bring out the innermost wish of joy and sharing. It is an aperitif that puts feet back on the ground and brings together body and soul.

Part 2 " final The bottle ": Tomorrow is not certain; it's time to live and to celebrate as never before. A festive bomb sets fire to the body. A speed blues follows a rumba, a Yiddish ragga takes over a anachronistic psyche disco, a tarantella embraces an electrowaltz, the Roaring Twenties land in an electric cabaret. Surely you’ll take one for the road.
