They are a symphonic power metal band from Drammen, Norway. They formed in the year 2022. It is the side-project of Omnus. Powerdong was formed by Ola Moum (keyboards), Christian Foldal (guitars) and Erlend Caspersen (bass). After they were done mixing and mastering the debut EP Powerdong, Geir Wetterhus (guitars) joined as the second guitarist in late 2022. Their lyrical themes include parody, Dungeons & Dragons, video games and J.R.R. Tolkien. They are not signed to any record label.
