Rip Snorter was a short-lived British punk parody group concocted by Derek Noy, best known as the leader of UK acid-folk legends Jan Dukes De Grey after the latter disbanded. Noy, along with Dellar and McElroy from Jan Dukes De Grey, joined with musician Nick Griffiths to perform briefly through 1976 and the start of 1977 and to record two tracks "Standing In A Little 'Ole" and "Confidentially".
