Brother Dvooa (pronouced "da-voo-a") is an up-and-coming, underground hip hop artist and poet hailing from Inland Empire, CA (other wise known as "the 909"). Dvooa later migrated to Los Angeles, which is where he currently rests (Inglewood, CA to be exact). He has connections to working with artists and fellow L.A. natives: Aloe Blacc, Flying Lotus, and Trek Life, just to name a few. In 2006, Dvooa released his first solo project, called "Mental Leakage", which he describes as an album that showcases a story of different pieces of his life experiences.

Dvooa is an amazing artist with an outstanding floor show of lyrcis, that make you want to get in the groove at first listen. You can hear influences of jazzy instrumentals and soul flowing throughout his music. He makes hip hop with a touch of inspiration and knowledge for the curious and conscious mind.
