Alex Sparrow, real name Alexey Vladimirovich Vorobyov (Russian: Алексей Владимирович Воробьёв) (born January 19, 1988 in Tula, RSFSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian singer and actor. He performs both in Russian and English. He competed in the Russian selection to Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song New Russian Kalinka. In 2009 he competed again, with the song Angelom Biht.

In 2006 Vorobyov became contracted with Universal Music Russia, and in December 2007 was appointed as a goodwill ambassador for Y-PEER, a youth-based initiative of the United Nations Population Fund.

On 5 March 2011 he was selected to represent Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 to be held in Düsseldorf, Germany with the song "Get You" written by swedish songwriter RedOne Read more on Last.fm.
