Sane was formed in February 2007 by yanuary (Crionics, Thy Disease), Waran (Crionics) and Denat (Nothing Inside). DJ Furllag (Mold) joined the band a few months later. By the end of March 2007, the band recorded their first promo album in ZED studio (known for recording music by Crionics, Thy Disease, Frontside, Totem, Roodwater).

Even after successfully recording a promo album, members of the band were still trying to find a vocalist who would satisfy their musical expectations. During this search, Sane underwent many changes. In 2008, Sane finally found a vocalist – Karcia (CF98), who recorded all vocals for their promo album. Adding the final touch to Sane’s unique lineup, Brovar (Psychollywood’s bassist, ) joined the band shortly after their promo was finished.

At the moment, Sane is recording and arranging their debut album. The track-list will include a rockin’ cover of Massive Attack’s “Teardrop.” Sane is also in the middle of planning their tour for the summer of 2009.
