Artist Biography
Born in Louisiana and adopted by his aunt at the age of two, James Arvie aka Explizit, spent most of his time when away from the streets developing skills that will later on make him the complete artist he is today. After serving in the U.S. Navy he enrolled in The Art Institute of Houston. Earning a degree in Animation Arts & Design he went on to a promising career but it still wasn't enough. His dream of being a hip hop artist kept calling him. Knowing all he will have to sacrifice, he answered the call and pursued his life
long dream. He later moved from Houston,TX back to his home town of Ville Platte, LA. After setting up a home studio in his two bed room apartment, production for his first album release entitled "Slow Burn" was in effect.
