Vella was a band formed out of Malibu Vineyard, the same church that spurred Jason Wade and the band Lifehouse. Some time after Jason and Sergio left the Vineyard to focus on the band, the members of Vella became the worship leaders for the church's young adult group, FKA. It wasn't long before Vella's frontman began writing worship songs and soon after, the band set out on their own. Vella released one record entitled "Garage Worship" in 2001, but hasn't been heard of since. Read more on Last.fm.
