Meena Batish is the daughter of the legendary Bollywood Music Director, Composer, and Playback Singer Pandit Shiv Dayal Batish (of "Khamosh Nigahen", "Naa To Kaaravaan Ki Talaasah hai" and Poocho Naa Kaise Maine Raina Bitaaye" fame!). She studied music with her father and is a recording artist with Batish Records. Meena is truly gifted with a very beautiful and vibrant voice. She has two albums to her credit: 1. My Favorite Bhajans - devotional Hindu songs with lyrics by Meera, Dadu Dayal, S D Batish and Chandan Ram Charan and 2. Lishkare - a collection of old and new Punjabi Folk songs. Her songs are available for download on Amazon and iTunes. Music arranged by her brother, sitar virtuoso Ashwin Batish of Sitar Power fame.
