Kokujin Tensai was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Ever since he was a child, he has been rapping and has had an interest in Japanese culture. While he was a junior in high school he started learning Japanese. After he graduated, he decided to rap in Japanese. He realized that Japanese people liked Black Culture and Music and wanted to share his style with Japan. His group is also the first to release a rap album in japan in which all the members were african-american. Now he is looking to do shows in Japan and sign with a major label. Read more on Last.fm.
