Home Lyrics

Drink this water from my hand
And fall asleep in my arms
Even good things have to end
I'll be leaving in the morning

And to the way things were
I can never go back
I got new reasons
To keep my life on track

And I want to go home
Who want to go home?

The bus leaves Boston for DC
My head against the cold glass
Street lamps, the faint glow of the city
The final chapter in my past

And to the way things were
I can never go back
I got new reasons
To keep my life on track

And I want to go home
Who want to go home?
Who want to go home?
I want to go home

It's a place where no one ever lets me down
And all my favorite people are around
I'm getting back to this new love I've found, oh yeah

A girl in Chicago expected a call
But I thought I made it clear
That isn't me anymore at all
My heart is home but I'm out here

Everybody sings they all I wanna go home
Who wanna go home?
We wanna go home
I want to go home
It's so good to be
