Chanelle Kazadi grew up in Ravenna, Ohio, a small town about an hour outside of Cleveland. After spending a few years pursuing a career as a boxer, Chanelle started looking towards other interests and began tapping into her creative side. Feeling that her true calling was to create music, she decided to go all-out towards building a career.

In 2018 she released her debut EP Alter Ego. The project was well-received, giving her the motivation to continue on. Soon after, she released two EPs, Harvest Hooligan & Paystub. On June 25th, 2021, Chanelle released her debut album Make It Work , which peaked at #18 on the iTunes Store Hip-Hop/Rap album chart and #162 on the all-genre album chart. The album has since generated over 400,000 streams & been featured on Spotify & Apple Music curated playlists such as Fresh Finds, Mellow Bars & Influences.

Chanelle has performed nationwide and has opened for national names such as Kota the Friend , Pink Siifu , Mark Battles , Mir Fontane , Domo Wilson , Montana of 300, grouptherapy. , Marlon Craft and K CAMP . She recently completed a tour for her album Make It Work , performing across multiple U.S states.
