Sainte-Rose's own Empty Elles was formed in Dave & Milie Simard's garage in 2018 by earworm specialist JR Bechard, who later teamed up with the virtuosic guitarist Max Legault and soundscape builder Phil Shawn to craft energetic songs that burst with life.
