Catherine Benskin is a cantor for the Catholic Church. She has received her BCC through the National Association for Pastoral Musicians. Besides ministering for funerals, weddings and weekend liturgies, she also finds joy as an assistant music director for her parish children's choir and directing bible camp drama and music. Catherine is currently the outreach coordinator for the Ministry with LGBT Persons at her home parish.

Her first release with partner, Alan Marcinek, is titled "You Are Child". It was born of their ministry together and is a compilation of Catholic Liturgical favorites from gentle ballads to pop.

Catherine has currently released 2 original singles, "You Welcome Me" and "Lily, So Beautiful" that sing of God's inclusive love. "You Welcome Me" is appropriate for liturgy and piano score and permission can be obtained through the artist.
