Edmund Mooney is a composer/songwriter/sound artist/multi-instrumentalist who writes music in a number of styles from electronica to classical and most things in between. He has 3 realeases under his belt, Happy Trails is strident sometimes humerous and thought provoking electronica. The Eighth Nerve is contemplative synth and sample based sound collage and Beyond Materials is avant classical composed mostly for theater and dance. He is most at home in the realms of electronica/ambient and avant-classical. He has recently begun finishing up a 17 song collection ranging from Elvis Costello inspired guitar rock to Riuchi Sakamoto inspired ambient electronica. For the 1st time he is singing and playing guitars on a number of tracks, sounding like a cross between Brian Eno and Elliot Smith to great effect and his array of human sounding soft synths are at the ready.
