WRITERS is a six-part band from the Ruhr region of Germany, leaving no stone standing on their path through the music industry. Even before their first official release, they celebrated their first victory with Oliver by winning the "EMMURE GUITAR CONTEST 2012". Former chapters in the members' pasts include stints in such bands as FOR THESE MOMENTS, IN BURNING DAYS, and THE OCEAN KINGDOM.

In 2012, they are putting the pen to a new sheet of paper to achieve one goal: putting their pasts behind them, and reaching upward toward the stars. Their music has its finger on the pulse of the times, and extends its hand to anyone who needs it.
