Exile Inside are the brainchild of Jake Shillingford, lead singer of My Life Story. They are an independently funded recording project which began after My Life Story split in 2000, and has so far led to the release of 2 albums, plus a number of rarities.

With My Life Story having been the first artist in the UK to have offered a single as Internet-download only, it is no suprise that Exile Inside and the newly-reformed MLS have a big online prescence!
