Gibran Alcocer is a 22-year-old Mexican pianist, composer, and producer originally from Yucatán, who has been immersed in music since childhood. He began his musical journey taking piano lessons and eventually continued with classical music studies. His gift for composition and production emerged at the age of 12.

In 2021, he started on the TikTok platform, where he became known for his piano cover performances. In early 2022, he ventured into composing instrumental music.

In July 2022, he released his first original song, "Idea 10," a self-composed, produced, and performed piano solo, which quickly gained widespread recognition on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Since then, he has continued composing original songs such as "Idea 22," "Idea 1," "Idea 9," and "Idea 15." He names them as he works on them in numerical order and only releases them once he is satisfied with them.

In July 2023, he was invited by renowned producer and artist Tainy, a six-time Latin GRAMMY®️ winner, to work as a composer and producer for his album "Data."

And it was in that same month that one of his works, "Idea 1," was used by DJ and producer Atmozfears to create "The Soul," a song that was featured at the closing ceremony of the "Defqon.1 Weekend Festival," the world's leading hardstyle electronic music festival.

His music has been heard by millions of people on every continent through various streaming platforms and has been used by content creators around the world to accompany their videos.
