There are two artists with the name Special Patrol:

1. An Australian indie rock band, based in Adelaide, Australia. They are known for their delivery of melodic, passionate and intelligent musical landscapes. Charismatic frontman Myles Mayo is renowned for his commanding presence during live performances. After the release of their third studio album, The Stranger's Dozen in 2009, they have since broken up indefinitely.

2. An Ohio-based hard rock band, that changed their name to Lucky Machine.
