Melodic death metal band X.Kernel was formed in 2009 in Kyiv, Ukraine. As musical landmark Gothenburg metal scene bands such as In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Soilwork were chosen.

During summer and autumn of year 2012 musicians had been working on the debut EP «Kingdom of Pain» which was released in Internet on February 26, year 2013.

Nowadays X.Kernel band is working on their debut full-length album.
